Rough day with legal issues - wasn't going to go to track but glad I did as Bernie was there 4B is back! And met Ellen, new girl. Challenging to finish. Left behind knee still bothering me. 5 minutes speed sets mixed with hill repeat sets ... bad diet today: pizza & fries & chocolate after track. I needed it!
