Cold and wet but good run. Used only water and one electrolyte tablet per hour, plus ate powerbars and sports beans (and a few donut holes). Felt strong throughout, only fatigued in the last few miles. Not sure but think I did a negative split, which is UNHEARD of for me when running.
Bought donuts for the family and ran with them for two miles in the rain. Pain in the *&$ but they made it home safe and edible.
