Notes
Crash, burn and puke! I guess I got dehydrated, although I was drinking a lot, I thought. I didn't eat enough, that's for sure. I was using Clif Shot Blocks, never used that many for that long but they didn't sit well, eventually nothing sounded good to eat and I felt like I needed to burp or throw up but couldn't. Threw up afterwards (just water) and was absolutely exhausted, more than I ever remember feeling after a race. Went to dinner, drank water, threw it up, then finally felt better when I ate some food. Feeling OK now, just very tired.
Each loop was 10.25 miles:
Loop 1: 1:59:01 (11:36 per mile)
Loop 2: 2:09:07 (12:36 per mile)
Loop 3: 2:32:16 (14.51 per mile)
Uggh! Hope I don't have another day like this again.
