Pacing L. for last two loops. Splits: 7:42, 7:14.
L. pulled her hamstring and had tight calves, so we didn't run or even fast walk at all, just a slow trudge to the finish (she did finish and got her buckle).
Some significant mud, but it could all be avoided. Very cold at night (20's). Two pair of gloves not enough since we weren't moving quickly enough to generate much heat.
All in all, a good night!
