What a difference a week makes. GREAT run today. Took it slow and steady and felt strong the whole time. My splits were almost identical. Only stopped once (halfway to refill my bottle and get more calories) and only walked once (for less then 10 seconds, couldn't get my Clif Shot Blocks back in my shorts pocket with my gloves on). I'm feeling pretty confident about the White Rock Marathon, as long as I take a conservative pace and stay steady I think I'll do well. Might even break 4 hours.
