TM 1% incline. Easy Progression. Started at 10:00/mi pace and ended at 8:20/mi pace (MP). TM room set at 76°F and 85% humidity. Another muggy run and extra sweaty for any easy run. Humidity is definitely the primary culprit more than temperature.
