Hmm. That was weird. Wore the old Nike Pegasus and ran on asphalt and had absolutely no knee pain. Only a couple of twinges in my hip. Calves were still tight from the slipper run but no shin pain. What does this mean? Did the 3 short slipper runs help me? Or has all this grass, minimalist running been hurting me all along and when I finally switched back to my traditional approach my legs got better? Need to think about this before progressing.
