How does this makes sense. Had 1 beer, 1 jello shooter, 2 margaritas, and two hours later with a splitting headache (took 3 ibuprofen) had a great run with almost no pain. Felt like I could run as fast as I wanted as long as I wanted. No fatigue induced nausea like usual.
