Ran with Nikki, Rebecca and Beth. Went to the parking ramp in EL. Did lunges up the ramp to the bridge that crosses Saginaw road. Ran up the steps of the parking ramp twice and ran back. Rebecca had 9.5k steps on her FitBit. That's where I got the 4.5 miles from.
