Notes
Heart Throb 5k around MSU campus. It was 32 degrees and windy.
Splits:
1 mile: 8:25
2 mile: 17:22 --> 8:57
3 mile: 26:11 --> 8:48
Course had a lot of small hills and wasn't cleared of snow and ice. It was more difficult than the last race. Not a terrible course, but the polar bear course is better. Had a nice kick at the end. Overall, a good race that showed good improvement.
