I have been an off and on runner for many years with several fun runs and the SF Bay to Breakers under my (hydration) belt. |

It is a simple and healthy lifestyle, and it keeps me happy. |
Why I started running:
I used to live in the very rainy Pacific Northwest where I ran in all kinds of weather -- mostly to maintain my sanity from the threat of cabin fever. Now, I have become one of those folks in Central Texas who cries like a big dog if I don't have sunshine every day! :) |
