Workout was 2x3 mile R-1/2 mile jog, rest standing rest for total 6 minutes rest
1st set Goal times - Pace Avg 6:00-6:05
2nd set Goal times - Pace Avg 555-6:00

1st set AVG PACE - 5:58
2nd set AVG PACE - 6:02
Notes:
Went out too hard in the first set. By the third mile, I was well below 10K pace, and the interval became very taxing. Almost quit. Started walking and was going to pack it in, but changed my mind quickly and finished the first set.
1st set was challenging from the start - 9 effort.
2nd set was very relaxed and fairly easy - 8 effort.
*Keep in mind how much easier the 2nd set was (granted it was 4sec/mile slower) when working the pace down.
