Decided it was logistically easier to do 3K, 1600, 3K, 1600 at Schenley.
Goal Paces - 600/mile on 3Ks, 545 on 1 mile

Also, on a different note. During my warmup, when I was doing strides, I decided to time myself on a 100m - 11.58. Did that from a standing start and it wasn't 100 percent all out, it was probably on the lines of 95%.
