Notes

This was strength workout. 2 Miles up, followed by 5x1 mile @ 6' pace and 1/2 mile jog anywhere from 645-715. Added a HARD 1/2 mile interval at the end to round it out to 10 even.

Really slow mile cool down.

The first 3-4 were easy, and started getting slightly harder. Still not an over the top workout.
