Great workout. Done at night off of GPS 1/2 mile intervals. Lost track of the current distance before the start of 2 intervals, which explains the two "shorter" intervals - .48 miles. Overall workout effort 6-7. First 5 intervals were easy around 5-6 difficulty, and a slightly harder for the remaining 5. Hammer on 10th interval.
*Check the PACE listing to get pace through a split. Each interval wasn't EXACTLY 1/2 mile, so the PACE is a better indicator of effort through interval.
