Notes

Tapering. It's strange - a year ago I would do 3 miles in about 34-35 minutes and feel like I had just about killed myself with the effort. Today a taper run of 3 miles took conscious effort to stay slow and I barely broke a sweat. Tomorrow is another off day, then a 2 mile shakeout on Friday morning, then HM race on Saturday morning.
