Notes

Workout with Nutmeg before he left. I was feeling decent but once we started the tempo I could tell my legs just didn't have a ton today. It felt like I was trying to overstride to make up for a slow cadence. We did 2 miles at ~6 minute pace feeling less than average. Then did a couple of 800s on the track in 2:40 feeling about the same. We finished with 2 hill sprints and by the last one I was finally feeling good. I'm not sure if doing more would have felt better or doing the last one just made me feel better. Either way, good to get in a workout but nothing special.
