Run with Kyle. We went to the Wash Trails from Coe and I still felt tired. I'm not sure if volleyball on Monday is still causing me to feel so tired but I'm feeling pretty run down. We ran at a solid clip and my hamstring loosened up after a mile or so again. The last couple of miles my toe really started to bother me. It has been feeling quite a bit worse lately. After we got back we did a mile barefoot on the infield of the track. This felt better but even by the end of the mile my toe was sore again.
