Run on my own from work. I haven't been feeling great but decided to try to do a hillier route. Not really as a workout but just to get back to running some ups and downs instead of just running flat on the trail. Ended up being basically the same route I did a few weeks ago. I felt pretty average for the first 4-5 miles and then started to finally settle in pretty well the rest of the run. Got rolling going downhill as Coe was doing a workout up the hill and then hit Adirondack a little lighter than the last time I did this route (not to say you can really let up much on that steep of incline). Finished with some sub 6:30 miles to finish off the run feeling strong.
