Notes

Another workout with Kyle. I have never done a week with this much workload before and I was feeling it. The workout was 200 faster than race pace then settle for 600 slower than race pace into a mile at race pace. I did 3 and Kyle did 4 with 3-5 minute recovery. We were around 35 for the 200s and 2:45 at the 800 (pretty easy 600s) and our miles were 5:19, 5:10, 5:03. I actually thought I was feeling better than Kyle on the 2nd interval but then on the 3rd he really picked up the pace and I was hurting to hit 5:03. I can't really believe the amount of work they have done this week, but I am impressed by Kyle's fitness. The rest of the season should be fun to watch.
