Notes

I put my shoes on to run yesterday morning and just walking outside hurt my toe. So I went back in and decided to take the day off. Today felt better. My toe is still sore but it felt decent to run. I went to Coe toward the end of the run and did 12 minutes of barefoot. Barefoot still feels really good.
