Notes
Run with Rebel, Nutmeg, Hazard, Hero, and Otis on some trail outside of Des Moines. The trails were a lot of fun and it was really nice to run with a group. Hazard, Otis, and Hero headed back around 5 miles and then Nutmeg, Rebel and I continued to add on. After some more trails we got back to the parking lot around 8 and Rebel mentioned 10. So we went back to the trails and didn't turn around soon enough so we finished with 11. I was tired by the end but honestly could have done a long run. My toe was feeling pretty good and it is always nice to run with that group of guys.
