Notes

Run with Nutmeg on the bike path. My toe was feeling pretty good and Nutmeg mentioned a workout so I figured I could handle it. After warming up for a couple of miles we did 2 miles at ~5:40 pace. Took a few minutes for recovery and then did another 2 miles at 5:27 pace. Overall I felt really good until the last 1/2 mile. We had to go up some very slight inclines and for some reason that just pushed my breathing over the edge and then my back gets tight. I knew we were about done so I was fine to push through it but I couldn't have gone much further. Took a little more recovery and then did a couple 1 minute faster pieces. The first one felt tough but the second one felt much better. My knee was starting get sore though so I was happy to be done.
