I got in a little over a mile beforehand and then joined Helix. We ran a solid pace on the way out and then Helix slowed a bit on the way back. I was two stepping him even though I was trying to slow down. We still kept a decent pace until the last mile when it slowed down to ~8 minute pace. I decided to just call it at that point instead of adding on.
