Run at sac and fox with Helix. ~5 miles with Helix keeping up a solid pace on the single track. Then I added on a couple more on the crushed limestone feeling good. I can smell the smoke and see the haze but I didn't notice it running at all. I actually felt really strong through this run considering it was pretty hot too.
