Notes

3+ mile warmup with Nutmeg and close to 2.5 for the cool down. My stomach didn't feel great on the warmup but by the time we were done I was generally feeling better. No pickups. We did have a train get in our way with only about 20 minutes to the start of the race, but I just found a bathroom during that time and then the train moved on and it worked out fine.
