Notes

Run on my own on the Thomas Park trail. I started out feeling pretty tired and sore and not sure I would be able to make it 10 miles. But my the time I was 3 miles in I was feeling great and considering going longer. I probably could have stretched this to a long run but didn't really feel like it would be the best idea at the end of a big week and with a race in a few days.
