Run on the beach in Cancun. The beach was pretty rough running. High tide in the morning mixed with a bit steeper grade to the water than I've normally been on, led to some discomfort running. I did 2 miles with shoes then 2 miles barefoot. Then I started drinking and hanging out in the pool before convincing myself to go run another 2 miles to feel better about my day. So this was basically some broken up running but at least I still got it in.
