I had planned on racing at Wartburg today but I found out that Coe was going to host a meet on Sunday and the wind today just seemed ridiculous to race in. So I decided to pass on the race and just get in a decent run. I probably should have only done 5 since fighting the wind for 7 miles might have tired me out a little bit for the race on Sunday. That being said, I felt like I found a pretty good route through neighborhoods that avoided the worst of the wind. Plus I was feeling really good today.
