ASICS Gel-GT-2000 3 (Dr. Manhattan)
2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down with Nutmeg. I didn't feel great on the warmup but I think that is common. After the race I had bad blisters so I didn't want to run much. I figured another mile would get me to 40 for the week though.
