Notes

Workout with the CVRA again. Felt way better this week. Mile repeats starting every 7 minutes which is pretty short recovery compared to what I am used to. Went 5:22-5:20 and then I told them that I was probably going to cut the next two down pretty solidly because I was feeling good. Led the next two and was on my own for most of the last one. Went 5:10-4:52 and the last one still didn't feel that hard. Pretty good considering I couldn't even do 800s at 5:10 pace last week.
