Pretty solid race at Central without any speed work. I got out well and allowed the Central guys to do the work. Stayed right on them until about 600 to go when I waited a little too long to go around Sonic. Started chasing but was maxed out on speed pretty quickly. I thought with 200 to go I could still catch up a little but couldn't get much more of a kick going. Would have liked to go sub 4, but 1 second off a PR isn't too bad.
