Notes

Run right after the bike ride. The bike ride wasn't too hard but it also isn't extremely easy so I started running feeling pretty good but also could tell I had a little feeling of biking legs. I started out hard to try to get in a solid brick and realized I was cruising along pretty well. I made it to the turnaround in 16 minutes instead of the usual 17:30 and finished right at 32 for a solid run.

I set out with a goal of 70 miles for the week and am really happy it worked out. It is crazy to think this used to be a typical week, then again, I usually ran 7 days back then as well. Overall it felt tough at times but it also felt normal at other times. Saturday's 10 mile run was the best part of the week. After 3 days of double digits, and starting out tired, I somehow felt stronger as the run went on. I probably should back off the mileage for a few weeks now while I finish the track season but hopefully after that I can continue to run more solid weeks.
