Notes

Run by myself. I wanted to get double digits after a day off but I really didn't feel that good. Started out rolling at a solid pace but my toe was very sore. After a few miles I was feeling tired and ready to head back for a shorter run. I started to feel a little better during the turnaround and decided to keep going further out. The middle miles felt good but by the time I was at 9 I was ready to be done. I felt really tired and my toe started to hurt again. Good to get in a longer run but I have no idea how a half marathon is going to go if I do Dam to Dam.
