ASICS Gel-ASIC GT 2000 10 (Invincible)
2 miles on my own, 5.5 with Helix, and then another 4.5 on my own. Felt fine today. Not a crazy pace but i felt good. Thewind was shockingly cold for how nice it seemed outside.
