ASICS Gel-ASIC GT2000 10 (Black Lightning)
Run to meet Helix, 5 with him, and then back to work. This run felt pretty terrible. I was weak and tired to start and my knee was very sore. The 5 with Helix went by faster and felt a little better but overall it was a rough run.
