Run at Yellow River State Park with Nutmeg, Rebel, Hazard, Siafu, Formal, Corso, Balto, and Hero. This was a good run with a group. It was another very easy pace but I won't complain too much about that. I felt strong throughout and wonder how I would have felt actually running a normal pace on some of the hills we ran. We split from the group near the end and Formal, Nutmeg, Siafu, Rebel, and myself ended up doing a very large climb that actually felt really good. Again, we were taking it pretty easy to Rebel and I pulled away without too much effort. Felt tired by the top but I didn't push at all, mostly just got to normal running pace during this hill.
