Another treadmill run. To mix it up, I decided to do a little faster pace and did a mile and a half at 5:50 pace. I was ready to be done but also don't feel like I was hitting a wall. It was just difficult to do on a treadmill.
Did you guys get a treadmill, or is this at a gym somewhere. When conditions suck outside (as they do many times in GM), a treadmill is not a bad substitute and I always end up running pretty fast by the end.

Apparently I haven't been on here in a while, but yeah, we have a treadmill setup in our basement. We actually got it last year right when the pandemic started since Brittney didn't really want to run outside anymore. She has been using it quite a bit again this year.

Nice, good time to have a treadmill is lots of gyms are restricted. How fast does it go?

I'm not sure to be honest. I haven't been running on it too much. I will have to check that out.
