Notes

My knee was pretty sore after the run Monday, and when I started my run yesterday it hurt more than I wanted so I stopped right away and went to the chiro. I was disappointed to miss out on running on the really nice day but I think playing it safe was the right move. Today I just ran home to let Ryder out. Nice to have a little break between two 3 mile runs to make sure my knee felt good enough. It was sore to start but went away pretty quickly. I could feel it from time to time the rest of the run but overall it wasn't too bad.

The pain does feel the same as the last knee injury that slowed me down so I'm hoping to take it easy for the rest of this week and then hopefully be good to go next week.
