First attempt to run at lunch at my new job. Since Brittney's apartment is so close I just went back and started and showered from there. The run went really well. I kept a pretty solid clip today. I wouldn't have been gone much over an hour but I couldn't get cooled off. Even after a cold shower every time I went away from the fan I started sweating again. It was one of the hottest days of the year so I'm sure it will get better. Hopefully on Fridays when I don't have to be as dressed up running is easier.
