Notes

Run on my own after work. My toe and entire left foot started out hurting right away. After about a mile the rest of the foot pain went away and it was pretty much just my toe. As the run went on it calmed down to the usual amount of soreness. I was glad to get 7 with how bad the start of the run felt. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
