It looks like I get to take some time off again. My knee was feeling better after 2 days off but it got pretty sore by the end of this run. I went to physical therapy later in the day and they said I should take a week or so off until the pain goes away. They gave me some strengthening exercises and said it is likely just tendonitis. I'm not sure what I will do now. I don't really think biking will work either so I might try the pool out again. I don't have much faith in my shoulder though.
