Notes

Run with Kyle. This run felt terrible. My knee hurt right away, and I had to stop about a half mile in to stretch it. It felt better after that but then my toe hurt the rest of the run. Along with that, my legs and breathing felt terrible from the swimming workout earlier that day. Overall it was one of the worst runs I have had in months. I have a bachelor party to go to in Chicago tomorrow so I'm leaning toward just taking the entire weekend off and hoping for improvement Monday.
