Notes

Not the best race but I have definitely had worse. I got out feeling pretty good but not pushing it too hard. I just tried to maintain that pace through the halfway point and keep my back relaxed which generally worked. But I was also through the halfway point in over 14 and still didn't feel like I could attack much. I did pick it up on the way back (downhill) and caught a few people while holding off the top female but overall I just didn't feel very strong. Nothing tightened or caused me pain like some other bad races but sadly this is only 5-6 seconds than I ran here 2 years ago in what I consider one of the worst races I have ever had.
