Notes

Run with Chase. I felt pretty good for most of this run and then just hit a wall with about a mile to go. My quads were extremely tight on the last couple of hills. I don't really understand why I would be feeling this bad. We climbed much bigger hills in college and I never remember this much soreness/weakness in my quads.
