Notes

I wanted to make sure I got off to a good start this week. I ended up going a little further than I have lately and running quite a bit faster. I'm not sure if it was 10 but it was definitely over 9.5. Good to get in a solid run. My toe was pretty sore by the end, but I guess that is standard.
