Notes

Ran with the CVRA since a few guys in good shape were planning on being there. I got put in my place a little on the workout. Supposed to be 6x800 at 2:35 with ~1:30 recovery. I only did 4 and then did 4x200 with them afterwards. 2 mile warmup and two separate cooldowns to get 10.
