I got tired today. Arms feel like jello. One of the lifeguards that is a very talented swimmer told me I should work at using my legs while swimming. This led to me having to explain the reason I am in the pool in the first place. I can also now share a lane without much concern of hitting the person. I do catch my arm on the rope sometimes though. I did a couple of really hard 50s. It was so cool to feel that fast and be able to keep my breathing pretty relaxed.
