Notes

Run with Nutmeg. I wanted to do a couple 800s at 5 minute pace just to get my legs moving. Nutmeg wasn't too interested in that workout but did end up doing the first 1:30 of each interval. We also did one more fast and not so relaxed 45 second piece at the end. It felt good to go faster but my legs were really tired after the workout.
