Notes

Did a little workout: 6 min ~22 mph, 4 min rest, 6 min ~25 mph, 4 min rest, 6 min ~23 mph, 4 min rest, 1 min ~28 mph. Rest was 18-20 mph. Felt pretty sore after running for the first time in awhile yesterday.
